Can any one tell me where to get parts for a brinktun pool table? like bumpers?

i bought one used and the bumpers are really hard and brittle and i bought some off the internet from ozone but they do not fit and doesn't offer anything else....would it be advisable to cut the wood to make these bumpers fit?..........please help
