Does Britain ever have corrupt Ministers of Parliament?

It is virtually impossible to ensure, or enforce, integrity, unfortunately the saying that power corrupts is true. People are only human after all, and all good intentions fly away once they have their feet in the trough. The suggestion that unions have integrity is laughable.
