Blood mucus sneezing congested?

Constant coughing and/or sneezing can cause small blood vessels in the throat/nose to rupture causing some blood to mix with mucus. It shouldn't last long or past the point of your cold or allergies. If you are seeing more blood than mucus or if it lasts more than 2 weeks, you need to see a doctor.
