Can I put frozen chicken thighs in a crock pot and cook them, or should they be thawed first?

I've cooked beef and pork roasts from frozen in a crock pot, no issues. Just remember that it is going to take a long time to cook, like 5-6 hours for your chicken thighs. If you need it done faster than that, this method isn't going to work.
