Can mineral water (like Perrier) be substituted for well water?

My daughter is doing a science fair project on which type of water is best for growing plants. We have filtered water from the tap, rain water, and microwaved distilled water. We have access to well water, but family members have forgotten to send us some, and time is starting to run out. Can mineral water, (like Perrier) be substituted for well water? Do they have the same or similar properties?
