Im buying a camera cell this week.wat is a decent brand or type 2 get?i dont need top of the line.?

i have no idea which cell 2 get.is a $50 cell guna b ok? or do i need 2 spend more.oh yeah,i 4got im only buying a pay as u go cell.& no virgin mobile.ive had horrible luck w their cells.& bad service from the workers. pleaz give me ur opinions.i appreciate the help!! thanx mel:)
