Raiders just hired Hue Jackson.Does this mean no more excuses for Jamarcus Russell?

For those of you who don't know who Hue Jackson is, he's the qb coach that help develop Joe Flacco. also, when he was the offensive coordinator in in USC, He help develop Carson Palmer. He was also the wide receivers coach in cincinnati. where he helped T.J. Houshmandzadeh get to the pro bowl, which is good for DHB, Louis Murphy, Chaz Schillens, and Johnnie Lee Higgins. If Jamarcus Russell doesn't live up to the hype next season, does that officially make him a bust? Cuz He quickly developed Joe Flacco his rookie season and did a good job with carson palmer. If he has another bad season next year, Will he officially be labeled a bust?
