Who is the longest ruler alive in the world?monarchy or presidential?

I believe Elizabeth II holds the distinction right now. She's been on the English throne longer than any other monarch and I believe she's surped Louis IV of France (longest reigning monarch there). There might be another historically that she hasn't beaten yet, but I can't think of any. Of those alive today, I think she has them beat (unless you include the Dalai Lama).
