Body oder change?

Ever since I have been making love to my girlfriend without a condom my armpits and area around my have changed there normal smell. It almost is as if i smell like her. and yes i wash my after wards. and shower daily sometimes twice but the smell remains. is this because of the exchange of bodily fluids? We make love from at least once a day to several times depending how lucky I am.
