Is it too late to become good at skateboarding?

So I stopped skateboarding at like 15 because I couldn't do anything except a stationary Ollie. But now I want to start again and I want to get half good at it (not pro just like, I don't know, kind of casually good lol - kickflips etc but not like pro stuff... anyway) but next time I can get a skateboard will be 17 during the summer holidays. Is it possible? Any good sites that really help with the tricks? ^^ Thanks a lot already!
