When was the last time Republicans elected a true Conservative?

There has never been one unless you count the first few and they were not Republicans or Democrats. In all your examples, you do not have any excuses on the Democratic side. The Democrats were usually worse but we could argue all day about that. Suffice to say neither had a true Conservative.
