Does the existence of Morbidly Obese people support Evolution or Creationism?

I thought to myself the other day, that fat cells have a lower limit (empty) but no upper limit, and that this would support Evolution, because through Evolution we would acquire the ability to gain enough weight to survive a famine, but at that time conditions would never lead to Morbidly Obese people that cannot reproduce or even survive, if there is a God who created us, and according to all the Monotheistic religions this God can see the future, wouldn't God put an upper limit on the size of our fat cells? So that we can put on weight to survive a famine, but be unable to be become Morbidly Obese?
