i think hes lieing because who texts for like the summer then doesnt text again because his phone is broken and only works at certain times. You should meet up with him and make him explain himself or if you knows what school he goes to ask some of the girls at his school wth is going on :) hope that helps if not sorry , your question is well comfusing
